It's that time of year to make Holiday Magic for your family. Our Christmas is never without Family, Friends, and good Cheer....Lot's of food, presents, along with sit down dinners with Grandma's polished silver...So why not give some back to a Family that maybe won't have such an eventful day.....Sat the 20th of Dec.... Were ever we live, we want a peaceful home filled with things we find beautiful..Be it a birds nest or a opulent chandelier..Down sizing to a smaller home and still making use of everything I love has been a challenge these last 3 years...But being able to live by the beach has given the tranquil, peace of mind I've been searching for all my life...I know I belong here... I like the idea you can take something tiny and seemingly insignificant , and it can become something Great!! I gather what I like and put it together   and it works.. I don't feel like I have to stay in one style.. My look has a little bit of everything I love...There is something unique in the way rustic & refined elements work together.They just highlight each other beautifully...It's Fall, so go for a walk and brighten up rooms with the best from the great outdoors.... creating a nature inspired vignette is the perfect way to appreciate Mother nature....Sorry it's been so long between blogs, But I'm feeling better every day, and would love to see you... " Rediscovery" Finding yourself....

There's a movement going on... Have you noticed it? it's a return to the 60's and 70's with a twist.Non drug induced LOL It's a healthier aspect on life... I like to call it my" natural high" People are finding their inner selves via observing the world around them. be it our beautiful earth, the heavens,yoga, each other, and yes the internet....I am a Pinterest junkie. Maybe after having such a close brush with death.  I'm just finding inner peace in my old age. I like to think I've acquired some wisdom along the way....During my recovery my sister Gena and I have spent long lazy days at the beach with our art supplies. Though we are not very talent artist, creating imperfections has been magical to our souls.....I've learned to not look back. Your not going that way anyway ......I choose Life and I plan on living it to a ripe old age...

Thus my palette I've chosen for my vignette  at the Shop this month....
