Feeling better every day and now working 3 days a week at the shop... and have also expanded and have a small space at " The Old Potting  Bench" 866 Grande Ave. Grover Beach.  Next door to Ron's Nursery. Both shops are a true destination.....and make sure to say hello to Marley, the official Potting Bench mascot.....Also Posies is having a store-wide sale Friday Nov. 18th....20% store wide..( YES!!! off EVERYTHING) This only happens once a year. " Finished Vanity and Bench"

Here is the finished vanity and bench I've been working on,,,,,I just love it ...My house is so tiny. I had to  peek around the doorway to get a full picture LOL.........

and here is a picture of above my kitchen sink...no dishwasher. So I have all my found treasure from the sea on a little ledge above it....I can see the dunes off in the distance while I do the dishes....a beautiful view and makes doing dishes not so boring.....

" Chrisy's Cottage" Now open at 2nd location........

Even though I've adapted to changing my style over the years. I still am always drawn back to blue and Nautical. I have a large collection of pillow ticking I have collected over the years. I've been working on a vanity for my bedroom. My Mom always had that little space to pull herself together and look pretty. My husband bought me one when we first were married, but over the years, with babies and small children it disappeared in our bedroom. Of course I am painting it shabby chic white and adding glass knobs.. the little bench I am covering with my cherished pillow ticking ( will posts pics when I am finished) I am using the Chateau Chic furniture paint we sell at the shop( Posies)....Just stocked up with beautiful summer clothing......and YES!!! I am now at a second location... Vada from"The old Potting Bench"  Asked if I would like a space in her new location. I had such great success at her pop-up shows at the same location. Next door to Ron's Nursery on Grand Ave in Grover Beach, that I said Yes!!!Stop by and check out her new location. You will love it and furry little Marley is still there to greet you......
